Uno strumento agile e originale, che veicola i valori di qualità e professionalità, promossi da Le Dune Group.
Vogliamo raccontarvi belle storie, consigliarvi itinerari del gusto intriganti, dialogare con i protagonisti del territorio intorno a noi, ma anche oltre i confini regionali, per valorizzare le eccellenze. Partiamo questa settimana dalla rubrica AQUA FOOD// Lo chef in cattedra. Vi presentiamo il nostro chef Cosimo Russo: lo abbiamo intervistato, facendogli delle domande liberamente ispirate al famoso gioco di società di Marcel Proust. Da maggio, invece, parte il nostro originale corso di cucina online, per chi vuole mettersi alla prova. Vi proponiamo ogni volta una ricetta nuova e vi spieghiamo come realizzarla. Naturalmente siete i benvenuti qui da noi per assaggiare il piatto dello chef e confrontarvi direttamente con lui. Ogni seconda settimana del mese ci sarà la rubrica AQUA TASTE//La mappa dei sapori con racconti di produttori di qualità, che abbiamo selezionato per voi. Lo chef ci ha rivelato i suoi fornitori di fiducia: proprio nei loro prodotti c’è il segreto della bontà dei piatti che trovate nel menu di AQUA Le Dune, oltre naturalmente alla creatività e all’abilità dello chef. Vi raccontiamo chi sono, la loro storia, le loro emozioni e le loro soddisfazioni. Nella rubrica AQUA WELLNESS//Mangiar bene la biologa nutrizionista Alessandra Romano ci guiderà a un’alimentazione sana e bilanciata tutto l’anno, proponendo spunti di riflessione e consigli per essere sempre in forma. Infine in AQUA EXPLORE// Tavola & Dintorni si parlerà di eventi gastronomici, di letture golose, di consigli dei critici gastronomici, di suggerimenti delle wedding planner su come allestire la tavola e tanto altro. We are launching a new project, AQUA NEWS the brand magazine of our restaurant Aqua Le Dune, with four sections and always different topics, that will be published every week on our website and socials. An agile and original instrument conveying the values of quality and professionalism, promoted by Le Dune Group. We want to share with you interesting stories, suggest intriguing gastronomy tours, talk with the protagonists of the territory around us, as well as of other regions, enhance the excellences of the area.
This week we start with the section AQUA FOOD // The chef at the desk. You will meet our chef Cosimo Russo: we interviewed him, freely inspired by the famous Marcel Proust Questionnaire. In May then, we will start our original online cooking classes, for those of you who want to put themselves to the test. Every time, we propose a new recipe and we explain how to make it. Of course, you are welcome to come here at the restaurant to taste the recipe prepared by the chef and compare it with yours. Every second week of the month, the section will be AQUA TASTE // The map of flavors, with stories of high quality producers we have selected for you. The chef has revealed his trusted suppliers: in their products is hidden the secret of the goodness of the dishes that you find in the menu AQUA Le Dune, in addition to the creativity and skill of the chef. We tell you who they are, their history, their emotions and their satisfaction. Under the section AQUA WELLNESS // Eating well, the biologist nutritionist Alessandra Romano will lead us to a healthy and balanced diet throughout the year, offering insights and advice to stay in shape. Finally in AQUA EXPLORE // Table & Surroundings, we will talk about gastronomic events, mouth-watering readings, suggestions by gastronomic critics, wedding planner tips on how to set up the table and much more.
